素牛蒡雞丁
醬油糖 調味料:醬油2大匙 糖1大匙 先用一點油加熱鍋子,加入雞丁後用番茄醬或紅燒炒法。 SKILLET Slice desired vegetables (straw mushroom, pineapple, green bell pepper) and burdock chicken into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, and 2/5 sweet & chili sauce) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and burdock chicken into wok. Let it boil again and add 1/2T of cornstarch water to thicken. Serve and enjoy! 素鮮味魚 用油煎,潑上醬油糖 SKILLET Slice desired vegetables (minced green and red bell pepper) and fish into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and fish into wok. Let it boil again. Serve and enjoy! 素甘貝、素幸運棒 煮火鍋 SKILLET Slice desired vegetables (celery or carrots) and vegan scallops into small pieces. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 1/3T soy paste, 2/5T XO sauce and a pinch of salt) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and vegan scallops into wok. Let it boil again and add 1/2T of cornstarch water to thicken. Serve hot and enjoy! Oven Preheat the oven to 350F. Line the scallops side by side on a baking pan with a little oil. Bake in the oven for about 15 mins or until slightly golden brown. Feel free to flip the scallops to bake the other side. Bake the vegan shrimp rolls in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Feel free to turn the vegan shrimp rolls to bake the other side. Remove them from the oven with mittens. Serve hot with dipping sauce! ADJUST ACCORDINGLY TO YOUR OVEN SETTINGS DEEP FRY Heat vegetable oil (approximately 350 degrees) in a wok. Prepare a batter using prepackaged tempura mix found at your local supermarket. Dip the vegan shrimp rolls into the tempura and make sure they are completely coated on both sides. Carefully put the vegan shrimp rolls into the wok and fry them until golden brown. Remove from the wok and drain excess oil with a paper towel. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce. 素珍珠丸 煮湯 STEW/SOUP Slice desired vegetables (potatoes, mushrooms, tomato or carrots) and fishball into small pieces. Boil a pot of water with the vegetables and the fishball approximately 15 minutes. Sprinkle pepper powder and mushroom seasonings or add some spicy oil if desired. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 2T sweet & sour sauce) with water. Once the seasoning is ready, put all the ingredients into wok and stir fry. Serve and enjoy! OVEN Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line the crispy chicken bites by side on a baking pan with little oil. Bake the crispy chicken bites in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Feel free to turn the crispy chicken bites to bake the other side. Remove them from the oven with mittens. Serve hot with ketchup! 素半邊雞、素燻鴨 烤熟或微波加熱即可 OVEN Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the half chicken on a baking pan with little oil. Brush a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the top of chicken. Bake the half chicken in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Feel free to turn the half chicken to bake the other side. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds. Remove them from the oven with mittens. Serve hot and enjoy! ADJUST ACCORDINGLY TO YOUR OVEN SETTINGS SKILLET Slice desired vegetables (celery) and half chicken into smaller slices. Stir fry seasonings (1/3T oil, 1/3T soy paste, 2/5T BBQ sauce, and a pinch of salt) with water. Once the seasoning boils, include vegetables and half chicken into wok.
